Returns Policy

If you received item(s) that is defective, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receipt of merchandise to arrange for a return. Item(s) shipped to TokyoWink.com without contacting us will not be accepted.

Before you contact us, please have your order number available. You can find your order number in your order history by signing in to your account. Please be prepared with a detailed description of the defect, preferably with pictures on the item(s), before contacting us.

Should a return be necessary, pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging. We will not accept a return without the original product packaging.

Returned items must be in sealed and good condition. Items that have been opened and used are not eligible for replacement.

The time period for the whole process of return includes:
• The transit time for us to receive your return (7-14 business days)
• The time it takes us to process your return (2-3 business days), and
• The transit time for you to receive the shipment of replacement item (10-14 business days)

Please note that :
• We only provide a replacement or refund if your item(s) are proved to have a manufacturing fault.
• Return shipping fees shall be borne by buyers

We will notify you via email of your replacement shipment tracking number once it is shipped.

Return of Unclaimed Packet

If delivery is unclaimed at destination and being returned to us with reasons of:-

 • Addressee not found 
• Package left unclaimed 
• Invalid shipping address

We cancel your order and reimburse you minus 1) postage US$5.00 and 2 )handling fee of US$8.00
